Enice was fantastic to work with—very responsive and really took the time to understand my concerns and the overall project. Jackson and Parvati were also great and made sure everything got done efficiently and correctly. Overall, a very positive experience with the whole team.

At this time, we can’t use the available data to create a “Rating: High to Low” filter on the collection pages. We pay over 10k a year and this basic feature is not available. Very disappointed and once the contract ends we will be moving onto something else.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like other businesses need to hear this. We’ve been working with Bazaarvoice at Sun Home Saunas and it’s honestly been one of the worst vendor experiences we’ve ever had. Their customer service is awful—slow to respond, unhelpful, and just generally not supportive. The platform itself is super clunky and outdated, which made even basic things frustrating. But the worst part? Their contracts. We had to shut down our B2B program due to the tariffs, and even though our 12-month term was up, they refused to let us out. They’re hiding behind legal fine print and taking a “gotcha” approach instead of working with us like partners. I've never dealt with a company that was this rigid, impersonal, and honestly just unpleasant to work with.
