In early 2026, we moved to Bazaarvoice from Stamped.io. We had a fantastic onboarding experience with their team - they communicated well, answered all of our questions, and made our transition as smooth as possible. They even met our tight timeline request! The platform continues to improve it's integration with Shopify & and their team does a great job of making us aware of these. Great app & experience!

We recently migrated from Yotpo to Bazaarvoice and the entire experience was so smooth. The onboarding process was fast, well organized, and much easier than we expected. The Bazaarvoice team handled nearly everything for us, making the transition very low lift. Our account manager was fantastic—very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, the team was quick to respond and made sure everything stayed on track. Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very happy with the switch and would highly recommend!

Enice was fantastic to work with—very responsive and really took the time to understand my concerns and the overall project. Jackson and Parvati were also great and made sure everything got done efficiently and correctly. Overall, a very positive experience with the whole team.

Nous utilisons Bazaarvoice depuis maintenant deux ans et nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits. La solution a eu un réel impact sur nos performances : elle a contribué à améliorer significativement le taux de conversion de nos pages produits, tout en augmentant le temps passé par les utilisateurs sur celles-ci. Our team is very pleased with the implementation of this app on our Shopify store. The Bazaarvoice team provided excellent support, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth transition. The design and presentation of the reviews on our site are fantastic, and we especially love the functionality of filtering reviews provided by their team.
