I really enjoy working with the Bdroppy app! I have been using the Bdroppy app/Brands distribution for almost a year now and am very satisfied with the support. All questions are answered very precisely. If I have very urgent questions, I would like telephone support. The products are all very high quality and are always sent beautifully packaged. Of course it would be advantageous for us as retailers if the range were larger! Returns are always a bit difficult. The process takes a very long time. So from the moment the goods arrive back at Brandsdistribution until the time the goods are actually booked and the refund can be made to the customer, the period of time is far too long. This urgently needs to be improved. As a retailer you always have problems with customers here.
