Terrible shipping process, it looks like they are not the owner of the Merchandise and need to rely on other suppliers. Processing orders up to 15 days are totally unreasonable, specially when you have to add the shipping timeline to your client. Definitely, if I find another better provider and I will jump and leave this supplier, especially when they are probably doing dropshipping on their inventory as well.

We’d like to clarify that BDroppy offers a mix of products: some brands are available for immediate dispatch with an order processing time of max 48 working hours, while others are supplied to us by external partners, which may require up to 15 days for preparation. This is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions as well as on our Shipping Fees information page. We do this to give our users access to a wider variety of brands and products, while always aiming to improve the efficiency of our logistics.
