BB is a terrific company to be affiliated with. Their customer service is wonderful and very responsive whenever I need support. They have ongoing trainings which are extremely helpful for someone who is new to ecommerce. Staff are very supportive and I feel they really want you to succeed. This is a legitimate company; I've ordered products for myself and the ingredients are very clean. I just received a order for 2 products from a customer who found my store online organically.

I’ve been using Beauty Boss since September 2025, and my experience has been consistently positive. They’re quick to respond whenever I have questions, and communication is always clear and professional. Timelines and fulfillment have been reliable, which makes planning and execution much easier. On the rare occasion there’s a fulfillment issue, support has been quick to step in and resolve it. I also really appreciate the Skool and Facebook communities, where you can connect with other Beauty Bosses. The CEO and team are active and engaged there, which adds a strong sense of support and transparency. Overall, working with Beauty Boss has been a smooth and dependable experience.

Let me first say, I read the few negative reviews below and that has not been my experience at all. I am now in my second year with Beauty Boss, and those reviews clearly came from early growing pains. My new and repeat customers receive their products within days. We send a review link 14 days later and offer a small coupon for leaving a review. That prompts them to shop more. It really is that simple. What I love most about Beauty Boss is the ultra clean ingredient standards. I feel confident offering these products, and that trust shows in our customer feedback. The passive income side is very real. I have 327 Subcribe & Save customers who are happy about it. With fulfillment and product development handled, I can focus on promoting instead of managing logistics. The ability to launch a new trending product every month also makes marketing easy because there is always something new and relevant to share. On our launch day, we sold over 116 units in less than 9 hours. We sell products daily now, and most of our customer reviews are five stars. Overall, Beauty Boss has been a solid platform and a great fit for our clean beauty brand.

If you are ready for your own beauty line this app is great. Good support options to do it yourself or have things done for you. Great company. Learning a lot . Products are on point. I use the products and launching as well.

This platform seems to be on an very early stage. I Placed an order on September 3rd for a sample product, it's the 8th today and not even a tracking # or an email on response. Any question asked through the chat gets a very delayed response so you most likely are going to miss it. I wanted to use it but my customers are used to faster orders.

Stopped using their service and asked for a refund said they will help me, but it’s been more then a month and I haven’t gotten a response back from them, they are really slow in everything from shipping there products to even answering there own clients that need help

I love this app! I am able to create my own brand of beauty products. It's amazing I never thought I could do that so easily. Tried the products too and they are great. I am very selective with beauty products and have been pretty much only using a French brand till now, the only one I really liked, I can say I love those Beauty Boss products on the same level, maybe even more.
