This platform seems to be on an very early stage. I Placed an order on September 3rd for a sample product, it's the 8th today and not even a tracking # or an email on response. Any question asked through the chat gets a very delayed response so you most likely are going to miss it. I wanted to use it but my customers are used to faster orders.

Stopped using their service and asked for a refund said they will help me, but it’s been more then a month and I haven’t gotten a response back from them, they are really slow in everything from shipping there products to even answering there own clients that need help
