I'm having a problem with the size of the widget, it takes up the whole screen and all the space, it's impossible to manage the space.

After I installed the app it seemed to me that this app is not compatible with my Shopify theme. I asked for support but never got an answer. I think I will get an answer very soon after they read my review. That's the way most app customer services work today (unfortunately).

Hi there. The issue you're having needs to be addressed with the platform you're using for your Shopify Front-end - the people at Pagefy. Normally embeds should work the same way across any platform, but if they have something specific related to their platform it's best for them to explain how embeds work within their product.

I needed help with the positioning of my widgets and decided to reach out to the team. I received amazing customer service and even a code to help me sort out the problem I had been stuck on for ages. Fast and extremely helpful customer service. The app works amazing too and looks great!

Server downtime, so my page showed just "An error occurred" which looks absolutely awful to customers. Please fix it as soon as possible.
Sorry, it should be back live now. We did some maintenance on our server infrastructure and the widgets were down for a few hours. Best wishes!

This app is great and I have nothing bad to say about it. I've undoubtably doubled my conversions because of it, and all my customers compliment it. I've had it for several months now and I've never had a single problem. For me, I need this app to show clients 'Before and After' examples of my video/photo services. I've tried other 'Before and After' apps on Shopify, and nothing is as good as Widgetic. The Founder, Andu, replies to all my questions very fast and has given me so much help with code customization numerous times throughout the last few months. He always responds on the same day I message him. The customization portal for the 'Before and After' display is very nice and responsive also. It's as simple as copy and paste right into your theme editor. There's SO MANY creative options I can choose from too. For example, you can choose to have a simple thin white bar, or you can create an animated, colorful bar with arrows and text that say "before", "after". The options are endless. If I had to say any critique for the app though, I would love to see even more designs in the future. But so far this has been awesome. If you're a photographer and you want to show before and after examples of your work, this app is by far the best and has the greatest customer support, period.

This app is fantastic! I'd like to see some a sort feature for those of us who have ton of sliders, but otherwise this app is fantastic. As is the customer service! 10/10

This app is absolutely awful... The free version seemed to work okay until I could only load 3 photos. So I bought 1 month of the paid version and WILL NOT CONTINUE using this app. Loads extremely slow and does not work properly. Photos won't even load on website. Do not purchase. Buyer beware. Awful app. I want my money back.
Hey there. We checked your site at https://laurrr.com/ and it looks like your images are larger than 15MB each. Oh, no! ;) Please use some free tools like https://imageoptim.com/mac and make sure they get considerably small - maybe 500kb or so. This way they won't load slow - the app loads instantly, the images do not.

Being a newbie to tech stuff, the app was a little daunting (LOL) to me, A bit clunky and non intuitive...HOWEVER to anyone with any Computer skill, it would be simple. The support I received from the Widgetic team was well beyond anything I have ever come across and they were very professional as well as patient. This is the way you imagine every company would work in a perfect world.

I had high hopes, but while the creating part is easy and the interface is okay, it actually doesn't display at all once the code is integrated.
