Worst experience ever, been charging me for months despite contacting them about cancellation. Now i've contacted them for a refund for the past 3 months they've been charging me, and I havent been using their service - they told me they'd refund me but in reality they only refunded a third of what they actually charged me. Now despite telling them to cancel any upcoming payments and the subscription, they have the audacity to charge me £73. The support team also told me "It's like Netflix, if you forget its not our fault." Which is by far the craziest thing I have ever heard!! Shows how much they care about customer service, all they want is to grab your money. Disgusting. Do not use this app!
Hi Eriks, we're sorry this experience was frustrating. To clarify for anyone reading: BeProfit does not control billing directly, all charges are processed by Shopify. Like any subscription service, cancellation must be initiated by the account holder. We are unable to cancel a subscription on a merchant's behalf, and we'd encourage anyone with billing concerns to also reach out to Shopify directly. Once we were made aware of the situation, we ensured all charges were refunded in full and contacted Shopify on your behalf to confirm the subscription was closed. Very disappointed with the billing support experience so far. The subscription cancellation issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups. The process has been unclear and unnecessarily stressful.

We have tested a few profit-tracking platforms over time, and BeProfit is by far the most accurate and analytical one we’ve used. The level of detail and clarity it provides gives us real confidence in our numbers; especially with the complexity of our expense structure. At the beginning, we had quite a few setup questions because our cost structure isn’t simple. Anthony personally offered one-on-one support to make sure everything was configured properly. What stood out the most was his commitment. Even though the time zone meant some ridiculous hours for him, he still made himself available and patient throughout the process. That level of service is rare. BeProfit goes above and beyond, not just as a software platform but as a team that genuinely cares about its users getting it right. We honestly wish every platform we deal with provided this kind of support and professionalism. Highly recommended.
