The app is great, and the support was great, but now they only have bot chats, and they don't respond to their emails anymore either. We have waited 2 weeks for responses, and as a business, these things are important to fix. We are also on the highest plan, and not having an account manager that we can reach out to is just dumb. It's a sign that the app is dying.
Thank you for the review and sorry for the bad service. BeProfit was recently acquired by Viably and we are now relaunching all services including support.
