Worst experience ever, been charging me for months despite contacting them about cancellation. Now i've contacted them for a refund for the past 3 months they've been charging me, and I havent been using their service - they told me they'd refund me but in reality they only refunded a third of what they actually charged me. Now despite telling them to cancel any upcoming payments and the subscription, they have the audacity to charge me £73. The support team also told me "It's like Netflix, if you forget its not our fault." Which is by far the craziest thing I have ever heard!! Shows how much they care about customer service, all they want is to grab your money. Disgusting. Do not use this app!
Hi Eriks, we're sorry this experience was frustrating. To clarify for anyone reading: BeProfit does not control billing directly, all charges are processed by Shopify. Like any subscription service, cancellation must be initiated by the account holder. We are unable to cancel a subscription on a merchant's behalf, and we'd encourage anyone with billing concerns to also reach out to Shopify directly. Once we were made aware of the situation, we ensured all charges were refunded in full and contacted Shopify on your behalf to confirm the subscription was closed.
