So far seems good, the app is simple to understand and supports many integrations. Will give a more detailed review after testing few days.

I was happy with them until their Facebook and Messenger integration broke. I waited a long time for them to fix it, and the dev team kept saying that it would be fixed within a day or two, but it never happened. I was never able to create an inbox for Messenger and Intagram. This app had potential, but I don't know what the dev team is doing at this point. What a shame.

I would like to apologise for the experience that you had to go through and state that the problem is not with our app but the Facebook review process. The Facebook integration was working great until Facebook came up a new review process out of the blue and asked us to submit company corporation and identity document. We have submitted that and the turn around time is more than 2 weeks from Facebook. As you have suggested in the follow up email we will reach out to you as soon as the integration is working again. Looking forward to resolve this issue and strive to provide great service

Amazing app, provide lots of features that would really help clients a lot. Great customer service, fast in respond and very helpful. Thank you so much. Highly recommended app.

This is the app that does what Shopify inbox cannot, pricing model seems based on usage, well designed and great appearance, support is excellent.

The BEST app. This app is what I needed the most since I'm handling over 3 social media platforms and I need to answer messages all day. I tried a lot apps/software but this one is amazing. The messages is realtime and convenient. Love it!! Thank you so much~

Our e-commerce store has over 5 full-time support agents. With so many channels and social media, it was very difficult for us to track all the conversations. We like a lot what Berry support does. It literally saved us 2-4 hours per day. Highly recommended for stores that support multiple channels.
