WARNING ! If i could give this APP a Zero star i would! Horrible APP. This APP sent fulfillment cancellations to all my existing suppliers with outstanding orders making me have to manually fulfill the orders. And when i placed an order with them, it deleted the item from all sales Chanel. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! OMG!!! What a pain to fix all the problems it caused. I bet all those 5 star reviews are fake.

Cheapbuy No recomiendo esta aplicación, porque la integre en mi tienda y cuando ya tenia 1000 productos en la tienda llega el primer pedido atravez de ellos, y tube que hacer el reenbolso al cliente porque no seintregra con aliexpress despues de contactar con ellos 5 o 6 veces y no me solucionaron nada .y he tenido que enpezar de nuevo tengo muchas APP esta es la peor perdi el cliente y muchas horas de trabajo.

App to avoid for serious business. Careless customer service providing different and conflicting answers. Product arrived broken and problems in having the return / exchange. I strongly advise against this service.

I don't know yet but I like the way Topdsers do things the advantage they offer us but I still don't know if it is fast because I haven't yet ordered on my store I am barely launching in the bisness, another time I tried to pass an order with the aplication and it does not work I cancel it after I see that it was my fault because I did not settle the application well and now it's doing I'm waiting for the customer to make a command to retest. I like the ap and I did not want to change it if all the time it works perfectly. all that I would like with the staff of Topdsers is that when I send you an order so that we treat it with the heart as if it were yours and I will be fans of you even if you already have some .

I have tried many Dropshipping app, and TopDser is by far the best i have experienced. Their prices are most part the part cheaper than what i was paying on aliexpress. And their customer service is out of this world. A Big thanks to Jade you have sources Hundreds of products for me And Also to Emily who is always here to sort out any Customer related issue

They discriminate against new traders. They only accept orders from sellers with a minimum of 5 sales per day.

I am paying and using this app, but i am not satisfied. Seems they dont care about users that are not in USA. We need that the main functionality works with our currency. Import price and varian is also locked to USA. i had some problems related to this and wrong price calculation. Come on Team, I know that you can do better.

However, you can change currency when you make a payment on AliExpress checkout page, the icon is located at the top right of the page. You can also add the exchange rate of USD and your store currency then apply pricing rules, so you do not have to edit the price each time you import the product. Hope this is helpful to you. We are working hard in improving and providing better service for all our customers.

This is nice app, but automatic price calculation cannot work well outside USA. Topdser only sync the product price of US, unable to sync price of other countries. So, we are Portuguese company and we cannot use automatic price calculation functionality.

I used Topdser to help me source products. The major benefit I like is the faster shipping time, and the fact that Topdser is a fulfillment center with its own warehouse that is legitimate. I was referred to Topdser by Tatiana as a good alternative to Amazon FBA, for beginners. So far it has been great experience especially since the last Fulfillment service I tried had slow customer service, but Topdser has awesome customer service as with Emily who's helped me a lot since day "1" and her English is good and I can tell that it's improving more everyday. Their customer service representatives are also really nice, and can think outside of the box to solve problems. Overall I recommend them if you are starting off with drop-shipping especially in this day and age. Lastly if you are deciding to scale a product from my knowledge I'll recommend contacting them to discuss scaling instead of going straight ahead with-out consulting. Just to make sure that they have enough man power to do so, since this is a huge factor for many fulfillment services.

I used the app and is the Best app I have seen, I recommend it for all Dropshippers because the TopDser is fast on running, complete with all features that need a dropshipper and I can add the best support they have.

I haven't used a lot of applications of this type and I don't have a lot of experience in this, but so far I haven't had any problems and I manage quite easily.
