Silicone One review for BestTrack Order Tracking

Order notification email is from BestTrack not my shopify account email. also on the tracking page. When I enter order number and click track button, Chinese loading word is show up. It makes my website chinese website. You guys need to fix it. And there is no function about shipping label created notification. Notification only sent out when order become transit status.
