Huy has been an amazing help. I like this app better than any of the others to start, but they've been able to help me make two customizations that fit with our business model. Highly recommended.

Huy with customer service was amazing to work with. I requested a small customization and they were willing to help me out with it. They were really helpful and communicative. I noticed a small bug when installing and he was very helpful and got it fixed right away.

It lets me create bundle deals, quantity discounts, and tiered pricing in just a few clicks no coding needed. Customers love it, and I’ve definitely seen better cart sizes since using it!

The app deletes the deals from time to time and you have to create them again from scratch, it’s very annoying.
First of all, I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused you. Having to recreate deals is absolutely annoying — and I completely understand why that led to a 1-star review. However, I want to clarify something very transparently: BiDeal does not and has never automatically deleted merchant deals on its own. Our system does not run any background job or logic that removes active offers without a direct action (manual deletion or API-triggered changes). In rare cases, we have seen situations where: Another discount/bundle app modifies or overwrites Shopify discount data. A theme or third-party app clears metafields or app-owned data. Store-level changes (like product deletions, duplications, or bulk edits) unintentionally affect associated deals. Because we didn’t have the opportunity to reconnect and investigate your specific case, we couldn’t properly audit logs or identify the exact trigger. That’s the part that truly frustrates us — not the rating, but losing the chance to diagnose and fix the root cause for you. As the founder, I personally stand behind the stability of BiDeal. If you’re willing to reinstall the app or reconnect with us, I will personally: Audit your store logs Check for cross-app conflicts Restore or help rebuild affected deals Implement safeguards if needed We are a small, early-stage app, and every issue reported is taken seriously and used to improve the product. If you're open to it, I would genuinely appreciate another opportunity to investigate this properly.

At first, I wasn’t sure if Bideal would really make a difference, but I’m glad I gave it a try. I used it to create volume discounts and bundle offers, and my customers are actually using them! It’s been a nice way to encourage bigger purchases without feeling too pushy.

I’ve been using the Bideal app for a few weeks now and it’s been great for boosting my sales. Setting up volume discounts and bundle offers was super easy, even for someone like me who’s not very tech-savvy. I especially love the cart progress bar feature—it really encourages customers to add more to their cart. It’s helped increase my average order value without needing to run constant promotions. Definitely worth it if you want to drive more revenue without a complicated setup.

I had been looking for a discount app that offered automatic discount depending on the value in the cart but I couldn't find it, so far this app is wonderful and has other options that I haven't explored yet but they seem great.

The progress bar feature is one of my favorite parts of this app. It gives shoppers a little extra push to unlock free shipping or gifts, and I've noticed more people adding extra items to their carts. Setup didn’t require any coding, which was a relief. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to boost conversions.

This app has been a solid addition to my store. The bundles, quantity discounts, and promotions are easy to manage all in one place, and I don’t have to juggle multiple apps anymore. Support was quick to answer a couple of my setup questions too. Sales have noticeably improved with the tiered discounts and cart incentives.

I’ve tried a few discount apps before but this one has been the most flexible so far. The progress bar in the cart is a nice touch — customers seem to enjoy unlocking free shipping or gifts as they add more to their cart. Plus, it works smoothly with my existing Shopify theme without messing up the checkout, which has been a problem with other apps.
