100% recomendable, la mejor experiencia logística y tecnológica que hemos tenido esta la fecha en Zapato Feroz. Integración sencilla, visibilidad completa del stock, trazabilidad de todos los movimientos de productos y una simbiosis increíble con Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack y Gorgias.

We have been working with Bigblue for some time now and we could not be happier. The team, the managers, the processes, and the platform exceeded our expectations. The integration with Shopify was very smooth, and the team was there to help at all times with the transition. The platform itself is very easy to use, and it allows you to have control of all your orders in real-time. If an order has a problem, you can contact your account manager or customer service team through the platform or via slack, and they respond quickly. Since we migrated, we have been able to put our logistics on auto-pilot and focus on marketing and sales. We can rest assured that delivery dates are always met, they treat the merchandise impeccably, the customer receives the parcels in good conditions and our product is stored in clean (and ultra-modern) facilities - we visited their facilities in Spain recently and were in awe to see how they store our product (we sell clothes); we could not ask for more. Also, the accuracy on inventory quantities is a game-changer for us (not more over-selling or mistakes in inventory!). Our customers are delighted because they receive the merchandise super-fast, and, although we were afraid that it would be a downer for our client not to receive our parcel with our signature perfume and our handwritten note, we have been flooded with positive customer reviews about the delivery process. Exchanges and returns management has also been simplified, which is a great time saver for us. We hardly receive questions from clients about the process because it is very easy and clear. How does it work? The customer receives a delivery note with a QR from which they can directly access the returns portal. When entering the portal they can choose return or store credit, subtly, they are encouraged to choose store credit if they want to make exchange (in our case 35% of returns are choosing it) and Bigblue automatically generates a gift voucher that is issued 24 hours after the customer hands the parcel to the courier -they don't even have to wait for the merchandise to be received at Bigblue. Upside? The vouchers might even end generating more sales as people add more things to their cart. This process is perceived as an exchange by our clients and generates very little friction. If you are considering it, I would not hesitate.

Top notch tech platform allowing us to scale big time and reduce lead time between order fulfillment and delivery. Serious player compatible with ambitious store owners ! Definitely recommend if you're aiming to set your business on auto pilot

Plus qu'une application, c'est un réel service 5 étoiles. L'application permet d'avoir une vision complète sur toute la logistique. Le paramétrage est assez intuitif, le mapping est complet et la visibilité sur les stocks est simple, les délais sont respectés. L'équipe est 100% disponible, le travail est bien fait et des initiatives sont toujours prises pour nous éviter des coûts supplémentaires en prenant en compte l'expérience client. C'est un vrai plaisir d'avoir trouvé un vrai partenaire logistique solide, capable d'écouter et de proposer des services de qualités pour ses clients. N'hésitez pas à demander des informations, la qualité du service permet de Scale sans problèmes logistiques et se concentrer sur notre coeur de métier.

Travailler avec l'app Big Blue rend enfin la logistique fluide et transparente. L'app est très bien conçue, tous les process sont fluides et l'équipe est réactive et consciencieuse. Je recommande fortement !
