We have been working with Bigblue for some time now and we could not be happier. The team, the managers, the processes, and the platform exceeded our expectations. The integration with Shopify was very smooth, and the team was there to help at all times with the transition. The platform itself is very easy to use, and it allows you to have control of all your orders in real-time. If an order has a problem, you can contact your account manager or customer service team through the platform or via slack, and they respond quickly. Since we migrated, we have been able to put our logistics on auto-pilot and focus on marketing and sales. We can rest assured that delivery dates are always met, they treat the merchandise impeccably, the customer receives the parcels in good conditions and our product is stored in clean (and ultra-modern) facilities - we visited their facilities in Spain recently and were in awe to see how they store our product (we sell clothes); we could not ask for more. Also, the accuracy on inventory quantities is a game-changer for us (not more over-selling or mistakes in inventory!). Our customers are delighted because they receive the merchandise super-fast, and, although we were afraid that it would be a downer for our client not to receive our parcel with our signature perfume and our handwritten note, we have been flooded with positive customer reviews about the delivery process. Exchanges and returns management has also been simplified, which is a great time saver for us. We hardly receive questions from clients about the process because it is very easy and clear. How does it work? The customer receives a delivery note with a QR from which they can directly access the returns portal. When entering the portal they can choose return or store credit, subtly, they are encouraged to choose store credit if they want to make exchange (in our case 35% of returns are choosing it) and Bigblue automatically generates a gift voucher that is issued 24 hours after the customer hands the parcel to the courier -they don't even have to wait for the merchandise to be received at Bigblue. Upside? The vouchers might even end generating more sales as people add more things to their cart. This process is perceived as an exchange by our clients and generates very little friction. If you are considering it, I would not hesitate.
