Siempre Shop review for BigBuy ‑ Dropshipping carriers

The worse dropshipping services . They are misleading when they describe their service and they do not refund your hard worked money. Stay away, they are thieves . They have described the shipping fees for my clients between £0.91 - £5.44 /KG and they said that their shipping app works with Basic Shopify Annual subscription. Well, I have tried the service by purchasing something small ( less than 1 kg) and they have asked double for the shipping price . Their app only works with Advanced Shopify Annual. So nothing like they have described. If other people went thru this with this company , lets do something about them. They do not refund my money even thou I have not used their service. I have asked for my refund in the same day when I have signed up.

On the other side, Shopify, only allows you to have external automated shipping rates, calculated by a third-party app, with a basic annual Shopify plan, but that is not something we can set up in the App. Please keep in touch with us so we can help you through it.
