One of the most interactive, easy-to-use and analytically accurate retention marketing apps we've used so far. BIK has been impressive for us automating a majority of customer responses intuitively thereby streamlining our customer support workload by a mile. Besides, great deal of fine-tuning options available to create, track and optimize automated messaging and campaigns here. Would surely recommend!
