Great Tool for Customer Management & Retargeting! We've been seeing excellent results using this tool, with an impressive average ROAS of 11.6 last month. The customer management and retargeting features are top-notch, making it a valuable asset for our campaigns. A special shoutout to the BIK support team—they are genuinely helpful and proactive, always willing to have discussions on how to optimize performance and improve results. Highly recommend!

We've been using BIK for more than a year. I enjoy using the App for our day to day Customer affairs. Features I'm happy about: 1. Smooth functioning. Easy to interact with the customers over messages over WhatsApp 2. The Support team is very prompt in responding and assisting. 3. Journeys are easy to be created from scratch and modify anytime. 4. Shopify integration is seamless, making it easy to share the product details. Suggestions: 1. Feature to search using a keyword in the chats. 2. A feature to close the Spam tickets without sending CSAT 3. The appearance of IG, WA, FB and Email can be tailored to stand out, as customer behavior varies across all four platforms

The whatsapp failure rate seems higher on BiK than other apps, and the campaigns were not set up properly, it kept failing. While the idea of having all modes together is useful like whatsapp, email and Instagram — my experience was not good with BiK.
