We've been using BIK for more than a year. I enjoy using the App for our day to day Customer affairs. Features I'm happy about: 1. Smooth functioning. Easy to interact with the customers over messages over WhatsApp 2. The Support team is very prompt in responding and assisting. 3. Journeys are easy to be created from scratch and modify anytime. 4. Shopify integration is seamless, making it easy to share the product details. Suggestions: 1. Feature to search using a keyword in the chats. 2. A feature to close the Spam tickets without sending CSAT 3. The appearance of IG, WA, FB and Email can be tailored to stand out, as customer behavior varies across all four platforms
