After trying a couple of options on the market for omnichannel marketing and automations, we have settled on Bik and we are extremely happy with this decision. The onboarding was smooth, and their Support team is quick to respond and very helpful. The Support dashboard is powerful with a lot of features, and I found the automation capabilities to be robust. Would certainly recommend this to any growing or established brand that is looking to automate their Customer Experience business vertical and their Marketing business vertical.
