Our experience with BIK.AI has been wonderful, especially considering its workflow builder, team & agent configuration, analytics & export functions, and the AI-powered agentic chatbot. The team has been incredibly supportive with guidance, design, and the development of complex flows, as well as feature upgrades. The AI chatbot, deployed across Instagram, WhatsApp, and integrated with Manifest on our website, has been highly effective in addressing customer and visitor needs in real time. The SPAM protection, limiters, and reattempt modules add intelligence to campaign message delivery optimization. It also offers great flexibility for integrations with third-party apps and in-house solutions. Highly recommended!

After trying a couple of options on the market for omnichannel marketing and automations, we have settled on Bik and we are extremely happy with this decision. The onboarding was smooth, and their Support team is quick to respond and very helpful. The Support dashboard is powerful with a lot of features, and I found the automation capabilities to be robust. Would certainly recommend this to any growing or established brand that is looking to automate their Customer Experience business vertical and their Marketing business vertical.
