I heard about Bily from Andrew Faris' podcast. I was previously using TrackifyX for 2-3 years but their support kept getting worse and their UX breaking. Their integration was also a bit of a pain to keep track of with lots of copying and pasting code. So now trying out Bily. So far it's a good experience - Babacar helped me make sure everything was installed correctly on my Shopify store, helped me test events in Meta and answered all my questions. No copying or pasting code. 5 stars for setup. Only improvement is that it would be great if there were some check marks to show that the connections were successful and the process is complete. Also something like a dashboard in the "Lobby" that shows the events or conversions. Will report back after some time!

Charged me even though i didn't make any sales. I requested support help to update my pixel, they replied that they were busy and would get back to me in a few days. It's been a month and they never got back to me. The onboarding process was painful, you feel like Philippe doesn't have time nor patience to help you and it makes you feel not welcomed.
