Bily: Server‑Side Tracking

Bily lowered our CPMs by 13% when we tested it. We're quite impressed. The data seems super accurate after our testing. We had many different convoluted setups in the past and they were clearly dropping conversion and didn't have as many features. Their MCP has been magical too. I didn't realize we could automated so much. We were about to use OneTrust, but then we realized with bily, it's just one toggle for the cookie consent! That was a huge cost saving. Also, Philippe has been very helpful throughout the process

I am very dissapointed. There is a customer service more or less responsive, but the bugs and technical issues make impossible to use the app. I don't recommend.

I heard about Bily from Andrew Faris' podcast. I was previously using TrackifyX for 2-3 years but their support kept getting worse and their UX breaking. Their integration was also a bit of a pain to keep track of with lots of copying and pasting code. So now trying out Bily. So far it's a good experience - Babacar helped me make sure everything was installed correctly on my Shopify store, helped me test events in Meta and answered all my questions. No copying or pasting code. 5 stars for setup. Only improvement is that it would be great if there were some check marks to show that the connections were successful and the process is complete. Also something like a dashboard in the "Lobby" that shows the events or conversions. Will report back after some time!

Charged me even though i didn't make any sales. I requested support help to update my pixel, they replied that they were busy and would get back to me in a few days. It's been a month and they never got back to me. The onboarding process was painful, you feel like Philippe doesn't have time nor patience to help you and it makes you feel not welcomed.

It's really horrible to pay so much for an application only to have 404 errors and support that tells you "ah that's weird, it should work"

Super application pour plusieurs raisons : - leur technologie Edge Pixel permet d'avoir une très bonne remontée des données vers Facebook, ce qui sur le long terme permet d'avoir une baisse des CPA ! - le suivi de l'attribution est vraiment bien pour avoir une bonne compréhension d'où viennent réellement les ventes. - un service client au top ! Ils répondent à mes questions très rapidement, et m'ai de à résoudre mes problèmes dès que j'ai un souci. - des mises à jour de la plateforme constantes --> l'application s'améliore de semaine en semaine ! Je recommande fortement !

The app is not working for me . I tried reaching out to the support and no answer . The page is just blank when i open it
