I am very dissapointed. There is a customer service more or less responsive, but the bugs and technical issues make impossible to use the app. I don't recommend.

I heard about Bily from Andrew Faris' podcast. I was previously using TrackifyX for 2-3 years but their support kept getting worse and their UX breaking. Their integration was also a bit of a pain to keep track of with lots of copying and pasting code. So now trying out Bily. So far it's a good experience - Babacar helped me make sure everything was installed correctly on my Shopify store, helped me test events in Meta and answered all my questions. No copying or pasting code. 5 stars for setup. Only improvement is that it would be great if there were some check marks to show that the connections were successful and the process is complete. Also something like a dashboard in the "Lobby" that shows the events or conversions. Will report back after some time!

Charged me even though i didn't make any sales. I requested support help to update my pixel, they replied that they were busy and would get back to me in a few days. It's been a month and they never got back to me. The onboarding process was painful, you feel like Philippe doesn't have time nor patience to help you and it makes you feel not welcomed.

It's really horrible to pay so much for an application only to have 404 errors and support that tells you "ah that's weird, it should work"

L'application aide à fiabiliser le tracking, surtout sur META. Le tracking est maintenant excellent. Simple à installer, efficace et équipe à l'écoute !

Application au top, trace superbe bien mieux que Facebook Channel, j'ai vu direct la différence sur les stats, je recommande fortement

Bily nous a permis de rendre notre tracking et notre attribution plus fiables et plus précis. C'est un outil de plus en plus indispensable de nos jours. On recommande à 100% !

Je tiens à renouveller mon avis concernant cette application. En effet, je rencontrais quelques diffucultés avec cette dernière, chose qui m'a embettait car je n'ai pas obtenu le resultat obtenu. Neanmoins, le service client notamment Philippe CEO de l'app qui a pris le soin de me faire une vidéo explicatif de 20 mn afin de m'expliquer le fonctionnement de l'app et pourquoi je n'arrivais pas à obtenir le résultat attendu. Il s'avère que le problème provient plutôt de l'attribution faite par facebook. Aussi, Philippe m'a informé qu'ils sont actuellement sur une Màj qui va nettement améliorer le tracking et donc les performances des Ads. Hate de découvrir cette nouvelle Màj, car ça va être le feu Merci encore à toi Philippe,

The app is not working for me . I tried reaching out to the support and no answer . The page is just blank when i open it
Hi Iceonher! We have reviewed your shop and it appears that Pixl has been disconnected from your Facebook account because you have updated your password which reset the token. We have released several updates to prevent this in the future and are sorry that you had to experience it. Several problems with this last update. Two weeks ago, the application disconnected from Facebook without realizing it, and my results had dropped considerably, and for three days now, no event has occurred 'posted on my Facebook manager account despite having configured my pixel on the app, and once again, my results have dropped a lot, and it's frustrating at this time of year ...
