I signed up for a trial with Bing Shopping, expecting clear communication and fair billing. However, I only received an email three months later informing me that I had been paying for a 1,000-product plan, despite only having two products - which should have qualified for the free plan. At no point was I notified that I was being charged, nor was I given the opportunity to opt into a paid plan. To make matters worse, Shopify support keeps dodging responsibility by repeatedly telling me to "reach out" to the app developer and request a refund - when it is clear that the app did not follow its own rules in the first place. Instead of making customers jump through hoops to fix their mistakes, they should take accountability and issue refunds automatically when these errors occur. I have no interest in dealing with a company that operates like this. If you’re considering using Bing Shopping, beware of hidden charges and lack of transparency.
Hi Welsh Words, I believe we corresponded over email a few days ago. From our end, I can see that you installed and started using the app in December on our small plan- which allows for 1K items. We don't offer a free plan (although, that is a good suggestion! I'll add that to our roadmap). Could you please respond to our email so we can arrange a refund?

I have been asking for 3 days now to get some help and no reply from you. I need help with this or I will have to uninstall it. Is anyone there to help me set it up? I have most of the work done, but I need your help. Please???

Had trouble getting app to work Christopher offered to help gave him our Microsoft number plus sent a invite but never bothered to help us. So deleting this app due to can't get it to work and no support you can trust.
