bitchat really shines on customer support, it replies instantly 24/7 on whatsapp ig and fb, answers most questions on its own, and cleanly passes complex cases to humans without breaking the flow. customers get fast help, teams stay organized, and for the price you pay it feels like having an always on support agent that also helps drive sales.

This is a great app for those looking for a reliable client service agent to work on whatsapp and instagram DM. We have worked with a lot of options and bitChat is the the best we have come to use so far: 1 - the agent is very reliable and the conversational model is very loyal to our knowledge base and never allucinates. The dashboard is also very easy to use and there is a lot of space for prompts. 2 - the cost - benefit of Bitchat also good as we have one provider for both whatsapp and instagram DM where we get most our demands from clients. The support is also great. Our business model is a little more complex than usual and support has been very opened to hear our issues and adapt the tool as much as possible to cover our needs.
