There are some slightly missing features or documentation is not completely understandable but Julia from support was amazing and there are work arounds for what I needed to do

Horrible customer service. Please note that no EU company can legally use BixGrow under GDPR, as they don't offer signed DPAs or SCCs for data stored outside the EU.
