Great support that has been really helpfull for setting up my custom domain for the affiliates portal. French translation is good and the affiliates portal looks great !

I have been exploring a couple of affiliate marketing app and decided on using BigGrow. The user interface was friendly and easy to navigate which stood out compared to the others I tried. The features and functions were also plenty. Also, worth mentioning was the the customer support. I needed help with some customization and Amy from the support team was patient and helpful and helped me set it up in no time.

Still charging me two months later for an app i havent even got inxtalled
Hi Sundé, We understand the frustration and want to clear up how Shopify billing works for everyone's peace of mind. Shopify completely controls the billing infrastructure. Every app runs on its own independent 30-day cycle that rarely aligns with your main Shopify bill. That said, if an app's cycle starts right before you uninstall it, Shopify will still include that final, pre-generated charge on your next upcoming invoice, although uninstalling the app immediately stops all future cycles. While Shopify automatically generates these bills, we absolutely can and do issue refunds for any accidental overlaps. BixGrow Affiliate is a great app with excellent support. The platform is helpful for managing an affiliate and partner program on Shopify, and the support team is very responsive. I especially want to thank Flora, the live chat agent who assisted me. She was very kind, wise, patient, and clear in her explanations. She helped me understand the commission rules and partnership setup much better. Great experience overall - highly recommended for Shopify store owners who want to build and manage an affiliate program professionally.

I've used this app before. It was great for affiliates managing their own sales and payouts. I recently reinstalled it after moving my affiliates to an in-app space—now I'm returning them to Shopify's ecosystem. Quinn and Leo were very helpful while I was attempting to link another app that was not technically showing as supported in the documentation. They helped me understand the hierarchy of affiliate rules better and I feel confident in my setup. Very much appreciate the help and support and definitely recommend this app!
