There are some slightly missing features or documentation is not completely understandable but Julia from support was amazing and there are work arounds for what I needed to do

Horrible customer service. Please note that no EU company can legally use BixGrow under GDPR, as they don't offer signed DPAs or SCCs for data stored outside the EU.

I’ve been testing BixGrow Affiliate on their free plan. Although I was tied up with other priorities and my trial ended, the BixGrow team kindly extended it for me upon request, which I really appreciate. Their live chat support is excellent, very responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Flora and Julia for their great assistance. The app offers a wide range of features and fully meets my requirements. Pricing is also reasonable, making it a solid choice for affiliate marketing.

This app is amazing and has so many features and options to help manage our affiliates. The user interface has been carefully thought out and all the settings are right where you expect to find them making integration super easy. The customer support has also been brilliant, especially from Julia, they have even added a couple more features at our request.
