We are using BixGrow Affiliate marketing's platform for the first time, and were very pleased by their superb customer service. Flora from BixGrow Team guided us patiently through the process and answered all our questions clearly. We look forward to working closely with the team and fully utilizing this platform once our campaign starts!

Migrated from Refersion to BixGrow for our affiliate management. They have more features available including Multi-Level Marketing. Plus, as an added bonus, their platform is a significantly lower subscription cost and they do not charge additional commission. Their customer service was also the reason I chose them. They were extremely helpful while I was researching affiliate marketing platforms. Once I decided to go with BixGrow they offered everything I need to migrate and get set up; helpful, easy to understand, and fast responses. They even turned around some custom development within a day! We're only just getting started using their platform, but this is a very positive start. They have been so helpful that I also decided to migrate our loyalty and referral program to their other app, Zing.

Customer service was super responsive and helpful. I needed a slight customization to their system and they modified it for me quickly. Recommend their support and the app functionality.

At first I struggled to set it up correctly, but the service and support that I received from Flora exceeded my expectations. She was amazing and helped me to build it correctly. This app is amazing and now that I know how to use it, it is easy to operate and install
