BixGrow has been absolutely amazing to work with. Their support team is always quick to respond, super helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve delivered fast solutions with friendly service. The app itself is incredibly user-friendly—simple to set up, easy to navigate, and packed with the features I need. I highly recommend BixGrow if you’re looking for a reliable and well-supported affiliate app!

I'm still setting up my Affiliate program, but so far, so good. BixGrow has a solution to every request I have: Commission tiers, localisations, custom domains... Plus, importantly, comprehensive documentation and great support (thanks Evelyn) Impressive considering they are not even in my time zone. At $29.95 for the Pro version, it's a steal. (I've used Refersion, Referral Candy and Shout Out previously, and all fell short at some point on features and costs) I honestly don't know why anyone would look elsewhere.

The customer service has been amazing! Flora was quick to jump on the chat. She worked patiently with me to make sure I understood how to set up multi layer commissions. I could not be more impressed with the quick and quality help I received.

I wanted to have different payout methods for different affiliate programs. The function didn't exist to do this. I asked if there was a way. Before even replying, within a few minutes Quinn from the support chat built the function into the app. I refreshed the page and it worked. Unheard of levels of support. Thanks

Great experience so far, tried a bunch of apps that overcharge or just have really complicated flows. This was easier and better priced. 5/5
