Bixgrow has, without a doubt, the best customer service team I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Their support is top-notch, available around the clock with quick, reliable responses—definitely a 10/10 in my book. I had a custom development project that presented some unique challenges, and I can’t speak highly enough about how Quinn, Evelyn, and Flora managed it. They stayed fully engaged and were always in sync with the evolving needs of the project. Their communication was exceptional, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled. On the development side, the team’s execution was fantastic. They delivered incredibly fast results, completing the project in nearly a week. So far it's been great. Customer service is great too. It's laking a couple customisation features like different cookie lengths for different programs. but on the whole it's a very solid app. Update - BixGrow addressed the issues we had immediately, they added custom cookie lengths per program and added unique id's we can tag customers and orders with. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

Tot zover lijkt het programma heel goed te werken en is intuïtief. Ik heb er meerdere uitgeprobeerd, maar dat werkte niet fijn of was heel onduidelijk. De klantenservice is super!!

I’ve always manually handled affiliate payouts, which was quite a hassle. When I found BixGrow, I was pleasantly surprised because it was exactly what I was looking for. At first, I wasn’t sure if it would live up to its promises, but it’s perfect! It’s exactly what I needed and has exceeded my expectations. I’ve set everything up now and I’m looking forward to the practical use of the app, hoping it will confirm my initial impression! The customer support is also excellent! Evelyn helped me quickly, kindly, and professionally. I feel great about this and can wholeheartedly recommend this app!

BigxGrow Affiliate Marketing makes affiliate marketing easy! I've tried a few other affiliate apps before and this one is by far the easiest to setup and has more features at a much lower cost than others out there. Their setup guides are clear and easy to follow and their support is fantastic! I needed to setup a custom affiliate domain link on the weekend and was pleasantly surprised to receive support so quickly. I look forward to exploring more features within the app while growing my business!
