This is the 5th affiliate program that i've tried and the one that i'm sticking with, it has everything you need, easy to navigate, its really clearly organized and you can customized all the details for every client as well as payout in store credit! None of the other programs i've tried were very clear and easy to navigate! Bixgrow is really promising... and the price is so fair! & customer service to help me setup my custom domain link happened within a few hrs! amazing work! thank you Bixgrow and thanks to Pam in customer service!

It is a very wonderful and easy to use application You will need some time to deal with the great options for making programs for your marketers, customer service is very quick to respond and are great at dealing with the problem quickly and consciously, thank you really for this wonderful application, the design options are great for the interfaces required to enhance marketing and encourage entry to the program in the store. I am very happy thank you again

BIXGROW, the best app for those who want to implement their affiliate program. And the platform's support is excellent. I recommend it.

We have been using Bixgrow for about 3 months now and found it to be a valuable addition to our store. The app is easy to use and good value for all the features on offer. The support (thank you Flora) and onboarding experience is excellent and overall it has saved us time managing our affiliate program.

I signed up, filled out whatever was required. Nothing. Contacted support after a few weeks. They just directed me to some documentation. I contacted them again last week. No reply. I am uninstalling.
Upon reviewing our records, we see that you contacted us via Shopify on October 26th, and one of our agents responded that same morning with detailed information regarding your query. It seems that the email address you used may not be very active. Therefore, we have sent an email to your another email address for further investigation. We would truly appreciate it if you could check and update us!

Very quick responses , I would recommend contacting them on a weekday , weekends they are a little slow but thats ok or to be expected due to cause its the weekend.

Love this program! I'm very new to ecommerce and was concerned about the difficulty in understanding this application but the customer service team has made it very easy and are quickly available for questions. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. It will be the affiliate app of choice. Priced reasonably as I navigate new revenue streams with affiliates and do fulfillment.

We have only used the app for a few days but so far everything has been perfect, especially their responsive and pleasant customer service which is a huge help because no one likes the headaches that come with installing a new app. The app includes very helpful onboarding with clearly laid out steps to perform during the setup.
