Great customer service helping me customize my domain. Tested the app for commissions and they tracked within seconds of the order. Very impressed so far.
Just installed BixGrow and already loving it! We just made our first affiliate sale and things run buttery smooth. There are countless ways to customize your affiliates experience and the dashboard for both yourself and your affiliate is well organized and intuitive. Outstanding support as well and we can't wait to grow our affiliate game with this app!

Very responsive support. I've communicated with them in both setting up the app and some questions I had about what didn't seem to be working, but, in the latter case it was just a setting I had enabled and was pointed out to me quickly. Thanks for the support!

I just started working with this app so far everything is going well with customer service. They respond in an adequate time whenever I need help, and they go step by step with me to set everything up. The app is not hard to set up. Customer service has been great, seems like all the great features of the very expensive plans but affordable!
De momento con las pruebas realizadas un 7 (escala de 1 a 7) la aplicaciónda perfecto las comisiones y el detalle de los pedidos. Lo unico que mejoraría es agregar el nombre de la persona que realiza un pedido para que lo muestre al afiliado y este pueda ver quien de sus contactos está funcionando mejor.

Affiliate Marketing mit BixGrow funktioniert soweit wirklich sehr gut. Es deckt soweit alles ab, worauf wir wert gelegt haben und hat uns auch weitere positive Überraschungen mitgebracht. Der Support ist wirklich tadellos und sowohl Berater als auch Entwickler sind sehr hilfsbereit und konnten all meine Fragen/Probleme lösen.
After a few months of use, I am very pleased with this app. It has great functionality and features, an easy-to-use/navigate interface, easy configuration and customization, and reasonable pricing. I also like that we were able to link PayPal to bulk-pay affiliates with one click (but it did require some setup on the PayPal side). We only had one small issue with setting up the email to use our own domain, but customer service was fast, responsive, and helpful.
