I've been using this app for over 6 months and love it. It's easy to set up and use. The features are what we as a company and our affiliates need. Whenever I have a question, they are extremely responsive. I'd recommend this app!

Our team tested a number of affiliate and referral apps and settled on this one a little under a year ago. We've been blown away by the ease of use, well-thought-out features and the speediness of the BIX team in assisting us. On multiple occasions, their developers have written us personalized code to hide/show features in the affiliate portal. Our affiliates have also been enjoying having the ability to track their progress and receive emails when orders are approved. This has helped us build better connections and trust with them while saving us time in our small family-run business. This app is definitely worth trying out if you're looking to facilitate your referral program and manage it on a small or large scale due to its many features and automation. Would definitely recommend and encourage you to try it out.

We recently started using Bixgrow, and the team there has been extremely helpful. We had a few minor customization questions, and they resolved them for us on the same day. Their service is fantastic. Special thanks to Flora and Quinn. The app itself is very handy. If you're looking for an easy-to-use referral program, then BixGrow is the right choice. What we appreciate most is that it offers multiple ways to display your program. Unlike some apps that only have an always-on widget, which can be inconvenient depending on your customer demographic, Bixgrow provides more flexibility. I can definitely recommend Bixgrow if you're aiming to quickly set up a simple yet effective referral program. We haven't explored the affiliate side of Bixgrow yet, but we plan to do so in the future. Thank you

Easy to use and does the stuff I want. Had a chat experience to figure something out. The tech Quinn was extremely helpful with description and screenshots that made location and change of settings very easy. So long since I've had good customer service. Way to go.

This app integrates nicely with Shopify and has an easy UI for our affiliates. Customer service has been excellent. I was not sure how to create my first payout and Quinn helped me reverse my errors and not only understand how to process payouts, but how to do so more efficiently.

The app is so easy to use, the customer service team is VERY fast and responding and helpful with any questions. We now have 2 stores using Bixgrow. We are extremely happy and would recommend to anyone. The pricing is also GREAT.
