Thrilled with the app and team so far. Easy to install, the dashboard is extremely intuitive and feature-rich, and this is the only platform I've found that supports royalties and affiliate commissions on the same order. That's huge for us... allowing us to pay collaborators their royalties, while also paying affiliates whatever commission they earn. Very responsive and kind support team as well.

Really love this app. It dose what it says and since the landing pages etc are independent of the Shopify pages. Its easier to make changes and translation corrections. Overall you have control over how much the commission should be base on the group you make and also auto commission payments is a blessing. The team support to your queries are really fast and they resolve issues in a days time.

First of call, the price worth a lot. USD 15 a month is decent. The functionality isn't much different from those USD 100 apps. Very good! Very good customer service too, and paypal integration, email integration, and dashboard for affiliate, gives all I need!

I tried a few affiliate apps and this is by far the best. It is very easy to use and the affiliates have clear information about access and conversions. Signing up for affiliates is very easy and the pages look very professional and well designed which is very imported as a first impression! All communication are automated too. I had to contact their customer support though their chat to make some changes to our currency and their customer support fixed it in minutes. Will definitely continue to use it!

This app is great and support team is even greater (responsiveness, quality of feedback). It is among the best quality app that we use with Shopify. Integration is super easy and we got prompt feedback whenever we had questions (Quinn and her team are amazing). We still have problems regarding multi-currency (set amount for referrals in different currencies for example), but that's more a Shopify issue than this app specifically. We just hope Shopify was managed by BixGrow team.

We recently started using Bixgrow, and the team there has been extremely helpful. We had a few minor customization questions, and they resolved them for us on the same day. Their service is fantastic. Special thanks to Flora and Quinn. The app itself is very handy. If you're looking for an easy-to-use referral program, then BixGrow is the right choice. What we appreciate most is that it offers multiple ways to display your program. Unlike some apps that only have an always-on widget, which can be inconvenient depending on your customer demographic, Bixgrow provides more flexibility. I can definitely recommend Bixgrow if you're aiming to quickly set up a simple yet effective referral program. We haven't explored the affiliate side of Bixgrow yet, but we plan to do so in the future. Thank you
