Installed super easily and set up was very easy to follow to allow for customization. When I did have a question from the POV as an affiliate, using my dashboard - the Customer service was quick to respond and to help me understand how it worked. Very happy with the program app and the service provided.. highly recommend!

I tried out a few referral platforms before settling on BixGrow. I found it streamlined and easy to use but when I did run into bumps in setting up different affiliate and referral programs, their *real person, real time, live chat* was super helpful. Evelyn is amazing. I would have probably needed to hire a consultant to help me customize everything if I didn't have this personalized support. Highly recommend!

The customer service staff will be more timely, and basically there are problems to help you solve it. It will be patient and explain very patiently.

After playing around with this app for a few months, I've been able to easily enroll affiliates, provide appropriate support, and receive timely updates about the app growth. There's one auto-payment feature that would make this an over the top rating for me, but so far we're extremely close. Being able to leverage online payment options has been helpful. Satisfied.
