This app is everything I was looking for, and more. A simple, easy-to-configure, and very customizable program. Support is very fast and they took care of the one thing I asked for in a few minutes. This app is seriously worth a try if you're looking to start an ambassador or referral program. FIVE STARS!!!!

I evaluated several affiliate marketing apps and BixGrow has all the features I was looking for and more. The setup and configuration of all the different options was very easy and straight forward. I did have to contact support about something small, and they were able to help me very quickly, I was very pleased with the interaction.

I just installed the app, the process of installing is quite easy, even I encountered some difficulties, when I reached to the CS for help they respond fast and helpful, this app so far has features that I need and i am surprise is free, not sure if there will be any problem in the future, even I do I am sure they will help me fix it.

I manage two stores on Shopify and have tried/used many free or paid apps. This is by far the best app I've experienced. They have all the functions for my business needs, and provide necessary flexibility for me to customize different affiliate programs as well as user interface. I only had one small request and the custom service was quick and professional.

I believe I wrote a review just the other day but I HAD to write another because support is just that awesome! Leo is extremely patient with me as I am the type of person that wants everything perfect and to run smoothly, so I ask a million questions and double check myself. Even when Leo had to go, not too long after a team member named John was able to answer all of my questions quickly. I feel really good about the app and the program I am offering thanks to this team.

I have changed to this app after using a previous one for the last few years that I paid for and I am so happy with the system! It has all the features I need for my large affiliate team and I like how you can view an affiliates dashboard is detail. It makes it very simple for the affiliates themselves too with simple explanations on each section to help them understand how to navigate the back office. There were a few features I specifically needed which the app didn't provide, but after speaking to the support team they were happy to add the features to the system for me! I'm so appreciative of their help and they went above and beyond, excellent customer service and brilliant app!

This is exactly the app I was looking for. I almost spent $500 using the services of a marketing platform that was limited with what they could do. How happy was I when I found this awesome FREE app that does everything I wanted it to do to run my affiliate program? It even saved me having to pay someone to build out a page for my affiliate program because it comes with its own customizable landing page. How cool is that? Not only that, their customer service is topnotch through the chatbot thingy at the bottom of the page. The staff have been very helpful. Comes highly-recommended from me.
