I'm only at the start of my journey with this app, but the features and ease of set up have been amazing so far. For Support, Online chat is super efficient and my new favourite person in the world is Flora, who not only understood my ramblings and requests, but was able to suggest a better workflow that will simplify my stores workflow, and the user experience for affiliates and their recruits! Upgraded to Pro on the spot and still discovering new awesome things it can do Thanks Flora, Thanks Bixgrow... Great App!

So far so good... Easy setup. App works well and no snags. Had a couple questions for support at 10pm PDT and great response time. Flora was a pleasant help. thank you! I think I found the perfect affiliate app!

So tired of other apps being so difficult to use. this one is just so much easier to set up. does everything I need and more. And the reason im writing this review is I have always had a pleasant experience with their support. Specifically and most recently with Flora.

I tested a couple of other affiliate/referral apps before settling on BixGrow, and I’ve found this one to be far more feature-rich, intuitive, and overall better. The support team has been excellent, I reached out a couple of times (for things I’d overlooked on my end) and they were quick, responsive, and had me up and running in no time. I really like the ability to use a branded subdomain for the affiliate portal, which keeps the programme looking professional, something the other apps I tried didn’t offer. Customising the email templates was straightforward, and the portal itself has plenty of branding options to make it fit seamlessly with my business. I’m looking forward to building up affiliates and seeing people start to use the referral codes. Highly recommended. Great app. Thanks

So far I'm loving this app. It's got everything I need, and I'm even using it in a little bit of an unconventional way!
