Great results over several years with Blend. Their support team is fantastic — fast replies, always helpful, and they really take the time to investigate and solve problems properly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've used Blend for a couple of years now, but it's only in the last month or so that I have fully committed to it and not run any campaigns directly myself in other platforms. The team at Blend were always telling me that we won't be able to get proper optimisation of campaigns with this split model, but I was just too scared to let go of what I had previously been doing. Well, I'm really glad that I finally listened to them and gave it a go, because as soon as I did, ROAS was tremendous! Obviously there are so many factors aside from ads in a sales funnel including website optimisation and the product and offer) but I do believe that this system is very very powerful for getting the ads in front of the right right eyeballs. I've also had truly great support from the team at Blend (shoutout to Gal, Darya, and Bailey). The customer service is really exceptional and personal. I guess my final takeaway is that the system works and the learning compounds in quite an impressive way. Big fan.

There are a few “similar” tools out there, but Blend, one of the first is still the best. The others are just cosmetic where Blend has proper tech under the hood. Blend is literally the only marketing and campaign tool that reports accurate data - then the fact it uses it for your business to slay is awesome. Do not hesitate to invest in your ecom future with Blend Managing the results. Their only KpI is making you money.

Switching to Blend has completely transformed our business. Before, agencies recycled the same ads, targeted the same audiences, and pushed us into endless price-off promotions to get sales. Now, we have full visibility and control. We’re selling more full-price products with better margins, and their AI targeting has noticeably lifted our conversion rates. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate - we upload our own creatives, track sales in real time, and adjust campaigns instantly without battling Google or Meta’s clunky interfaces. Blend’s team was incredibly hands-on during onboarding, but now we confidently manage everything ourselves knowing they’re there when we need them and support is only a message or call away. This is hands down the best marketing investment we’ve made in years, we can't recommend the team enough.

Love this app and seriously like dealing with the team when I have to! They are switched on and responsive. It makes advertising so easy, affordable and controllable for my e-commerce business. Game changer. LOVE IT!!

The customer service for this app is incredible. I feel like it is above and beyond what is expected. I have been using Blend for almost a year, and I am happy with the results. I am the type of user that sets it and forgets it. The app consistently brings positive ROAS on my basic ads and delivers a consistent stream of new customers, and supports all of my campaigns.

Blend AI are game changers for us with PPC and online advertising perspective. I'm still only a month and half in with Blend, and so far it's been amazing. I was always so frustrated with ad agencies, I paid an extortionate amount of money for the agencies to run the ads for me, they basically pestered me constantly for new content and blamed my content on not performing, they barely covered their own costs in the months I was with them. I won't lie I was pretty wary at the beginning with Blend and changing yet again, but I'm so glad I did. The instant Blend took over we started hitting record sales and it's continued on. It has recently levelled out with the input of new campaigns and ads, but I'm still super happy with the sales that are coming through, it's still way more than with the agency I was with. Weirdly enough I'm less stressed managing it myself than I was when I had the agency, I do everything in my own time and it's been fab. Even though it's AI based I still have my own account Manager, and Thiago is awesome, he explains things incredibly well, and for myself who is a novice at the ads, I now feel more empowered in regards to our marketing and advertising. Highly recommend giving it a go. Whether it's right or wrong for your business it's 100% worth giving it a shot, and it's definitely a fraction of the cost than having an agency.

I have been really impressed with what Blend AI has achieved so far and you have created a great service, all credit to the team at Blend AI. The team and specifically Galina have made the experience of setting up and running Blend AI a pleasure, information has always been on point, walking through the process on video calls and knows exactly where to go and what is the next step in the process. The whole experience has been refreshing, I have worked with many different teams and services, and I am not often impressed but Blend AI and the team have achieved this.

After poor experiences with advertising agencies previously, we decided to give Blend a go at managing our PPC. The process and support from start to finish has been excellent. Galina managed our onboarding and held our hands all the way through the process. After a slow start of Google learning we are starting to see some positive results and expect this to continue to build!
