This app does exactly what it says. The customer service is also very helpful. We have had a few issues with spam orders coming through and while we did not get the answer we hoped for at first, they followed up with a different solution to help. I would definitely recommend this app!

Tracy from Blockify is super responsive and helped me right away with a fraudulent email from a customer with an abandoned cart. She suggested I download the Blockify Checkout Customizer app and she immediately helped set it up and create rules to block that email from ordering fraudulent orders. This is excellent customer service from Tracy. I highly recommend the Blockify apps and her team.

Just because a country can't access your main site (because you blocked the country), doesn't mean they can't find your checkout page directly. Anna, from Blockify help showed me this, and she helped walk me through setup. I greatly appreciate straightforward communication and help - sometimes it feels like a thing of the past (seriously have you ever asked Meta for help????). Blockify provided that today, and I'm truly grateful.
