We needed help creating a specific rule to stop bots and bad checkouts, and they went above and beyond to pressure-test the rule to try to help our store get ahead of it. They spent a good hour on the chat with us trying to help us mitigate this. Duc was a champ. Very much appreciate the team doing what they could to help us out.

I was trying to take care of scammers and downloaded an app that did not quite fit what I needed. While chatting with customer service agent Tracy, who was very responsive (!!!!!), she recommended another app that fitted my needs. Not only did she help me out with the new app she went ahead and set the rule up for my Shopify shop to block the scammers I needed blocked. Very quick and smooth service, thank you!!

All Shopify store owners should use Blockify Checkout! We were getting hit with a lot of fraudulent orders from free downloadable items and Blockify Checkout stopped it. Just recently scammers are sending in fraudulent orders to us for pickup orders at our facility and over the weekend I contacted Blockify Checkout and Enola helped us set up the conditions to stop that. Thank you Blockify Checkout - great app and great customer service!
