I just installed, got a rule set up, had questions. Support was fast and very attentive. I made a couple of mistakes and they helped me fix it. Trying to block some fraudsters so I'm hopeful this app will do what I need.

Really helpful app with great customer support (started with Tanya and then switched to Mabel because my connection dropped and she immediately picked up the conversation, on top on founding an immediate solution to my problem)

We didn't end up using the app because it wasn't suitable for our needs due to Shopify gatekeeping certain functionality unless we pay extortionate amounts of money. That said the customer help team at Blocky couldn't have been more helpful
