We were with another app that was supposed to help block bots, and they were charging $139/month. For the top level on this app, it's that per year. Plus WAY BETTER customer service. They were live. The other app couldn't get us a response until the next day. We were having issues with bots placing hundreds of orders every day. Some of the settings weren't preventing this, so I chatted in. Their devs got on it, and we haven't had a bot order since. Well worth the money.
I installed this app specifically to stop repeated fraudulent orders from the same person, who keeps using a VPN/proxy to get around blocks. I added their exact full name and their shipping address to the blocklist, expecting checkout to be stopped that is the entire point of the app. It didn't work. Today another order came through from the exact same blocked name and the exact same blocked address. So the core feature — blocking a checkout based on the rules I set — is clearly not reliable. If the blocklist can't even catch an identical full name and address that I manually entered, I don't see what I'm paying for. I'd think twice before relying on this for any real fraud prevention.

Great app with many options and easy to understand. Totally shields you from unwanted traffic and harm.
It actually prevents fraudulent quote requests from bots!
So far, so good! Easy setup also! I received a request to help get the setups going before I was fully installed also!
Works as described, very easy setup.
So far after a short period of time it seems to be doing what was ask.
