You actually get support to help walk you thru the set up. I am in Canada and did not have to get up in the middle of the night to try to get support. Can't give a 5 star review for the app in general, because i have only used it a few days. Would have liked to see explanations of what each of the block options does. Was impressed there is a block email, but seems you have to type in each specific email addy you want to block. Would love to see a block on types of email. ie. Block if the message says the person has analyzed my website and wants a commission to bring in more customers.
