Blocky Fraud Filter IP Blocker

We installed this app to help us with unwanted fraudulent transactions and also phishing emails from scammers and fraudsters. It has reduced drastically since installed. It works great so far. We can block entire countries and IP addresses from past fraudulent people. It has a whitelist in case you want to add specific customers to that list not to be blocked. You can also block Bots and VPN's that are known to be suspicious. You just need to activate the feature. As for the country block feature, you can add or remove as many countries as you wish. Help support answered our concern quickly, and we hope this app continues helping us by avoiding these unwanted fraudulent people.

I like this app. It is easy to understand and it does what it says. It lets you see the I.P. address or country it blocked or who it allowed to pass. I also like the fact that it automatically selects every country if you want all countries blocked. One app I used, made you type in every country manually. Customer service is also helpful and friendly.

It is a helpful app if you need to block certain countries or players from spamming your website. The support is premium, I only wish we are able to download a CSV file of the visitor's analytics, this is very important as we can use it to claim invalid clicks with Google.

2D artists have a lot of trouble with businesses in China pulling images off the website and selling them. Since copyright loaw does not affect China it is a major problem. I noticed that one of my top referrers to my website was a store entirely in Chinese. I also only ship to US and Canada. With this app I was able to block website visitors from countries besides US and Canada. It appears to be working very well and that referrer has not shown up again in analytics.

Life Saver!! It blocks people that are purchasing on fraudulent credit cards. Fees from the cards when they reverse can be very high if item purchased was high. These can really add up your losses. Thanks Blocky for your app. We have blocked countries that are high in fraud. Working perfectly. Customer support was fast and efficient as well!

Does exactly what it should do. Easy options to adjust settings and lots of useful analytics to check. Recommended!

i tried an app before but this application is very efficient it blocks all vpn and proxies without exception and it allows google boot to access your store without a doubt I am satisfied thank you team

Developer responds quickly and communicates well. I had a LOT of questions before deciding to implement and stay with this particular app. Developer was extremely patient and helpful. I guess there's a good reason this app has so many 5 star reviews. App works very well, and is very logically set up. If you need this sort of functionality, Blocky should be at the top of your short list of apps to evaluate.

I am not very technical but I needed a way to monitor activity on my website. Blocky is great. Many options to configure it so it matches my needs. And the support is fantastic. Not only responsive, they take the time to make sure I understand things, which makes it all worthwhile to me.

I had a couple of queries initially which were responded to very quickly so thanks for that, so far it seems to be working well , I love being able to see who and what is trying to get access and then being blocked. I am glad i downloaded this app and the customer service is great.

I was using ClickCease before and hated it. Love this app, simple, straight forward, does what needs to be done. No code to change, nothing to upload, just register and watch the results. FYI, tested ClickCease and many others with VPN and they never blocked me, Blocky got me every time, it did let me get to my homepage but never let me get further. For the price, I can certainly live with that. Keep up the great work!

Much easier to use than other similar apps. The team is extremely helpful in solving problems. They did not give up on an issue I was having until it was resolved. Very user friendly app.

Been using it only for a few hours and it already blocked a bot from outside my country. Support has been quick to answer my questions. The user analytics allows you to see IP addresses, time of access, and browser used so you can find your bad IPs and block them. Great price.

We contacted the support team because the country blocker was not working on mobile phones. The team responded immediately and their dev team solved the issue in no time. Very pleased overall!

We were being inundated by fraudulent order attempts. At times there would be 2000 active carts with bots attempting to check out. Fortunately, there was a mismatch between addresses and credit card numbers so at first none of the orders were approved but eventually a few got through which was extremely concerning. We also ended up with thousands of fake subscribers so had to change our subscribe default to none. This app saved us. It blocks VPNs and proxies known for malicious behavior and it does it extremely well. We have had zero issues since we installed it. I wish it showed sessions in our time zone and that we could whitelist certain IP addresses that have been blocked. Other than that, it's a miracle.

This app was recommended to us by Shopify Support. We're early in the process using this app but so far it's doing exactly what we were looking for. We had a huge increase in bot traffic in the last month which was skewing our analytics and we were concerned about malicious intent on our site. We installed this app with one click, enabled the bot blocker and it seems to be helping. I appreciated that chat support was readily available and very helpful to make sure things were set up correctly! I manage our store (am not a developer) and quickly and easily installed this app. Excellent so far....
