Très bon service ! Ils nous soutiennent lorsque l’on en a vraiment besoin. Réponse rapide. Au niveau de l’efficacité de l’application c’est vraiment super ! Je recommande vivement !

there's no free plan option as advertised. the app automatically took me to a screen to approve a $3.99 basic plan. When I exited out & came back I was still unable to find any free plan just a 7 day free *trial* **Update: After posting this review I immediately received MULTIPLE emails in less than 1 hour stating the company emailed me but didn't hear back. They are coming off as being very aggressive & I'm uncomfortable.

We saw that you had a misunderstanding about Blocky's pricing plans - The "Pay-as-you-go" plan is free for the first 99 visitors that visit your store and then it's 20 cents for every additional 100 unique visitors that visit your store. All of Blocky's pricing plan are clearly described in the app's listing page on the awesome Shopify App Store. We tried to contact you via email but never heard back. Thanks again and have a great rest of the day! :-)

Easy to use, and works! We were inundated with information requests for years from countries that we don't supply. Was able in just a couple of minutes to block, or redirect visitors to still be helpful to them, but greatly decrease our time spent on inquiries. Well worth the small charge!

The app works effortlessly and you can pick and choose which features you want to use. We had a small issue with the blocking feature not working on mobile phones, but the support helped us instantly and resolved the issue. Highly recommend!

So far so good- very easy to add countries to block. It’s a reality of todays e-commerce- very helpful staff. Relieved to see this app exists

It's amazing, I downloaded it because it says "Free plan available." Then, after installing, the only way to activate it, is with a payment plan. Nice.

We are very sorry to see that you have left us a 1-star review about a problem you had with activating the app in your store without reaching out to us first via email or chat. Our support team is available via chat using the icon that appears in the bottom right side of the dashboard. Blocky's subscription plans are clearly described in the bottom of it's App Store listing page, and indeed include a Pay-as-you-go plan that is completely free for the first 100 visitors every month. It's just that you had to choose and activate it first in order for it to start working :-) I have tried to contact you via email, but never heard back. Thanks and have a great day

We installed this app to help us with unwanted fraudulent transactions and also phishing emails from scammers and fraudsters. It has reduced drastically since installed. It works great so far. We can block entire countries and IP addresses from past fraudulent people. It has a whitelist in case you want to add specific customers to that list not to be blocked. You can also block Bots and VPN's that are known to be suspicious. You just need to activate the feature. As for the country block feature, you can add or remove as many countries as you wish. Help support answered our concern quickly, and we hope this app continues helping us by avoiding these unwanted fraudulent people.

I like this app. It is easy to understand and it does what it says. It lets you see the I.P. address or country it blocked or who it allowed to pass. I also like the fact that it automatically selects every country if you want all countries blocked. One app I used, made you type in every country manually. Customer service is also helpful and friendly.

This is the app I'm looking for. I've been using this app for 2 weeks and feel good. Almost VPNs were blocked. The team supports me a lot. Thank you. Hope the team can develop the function that can block all spam orders.

It is a helpful app if you need to block certain countries or players from spamming your website. The support is premium, I only wish we are able to download a CSV file of the visitor's analytics, this is very important as we can use it to claim invalid clicks with Google.

2D artists have a lot of trouble with businesses in China pulling images off the website and selling them. Since copyright loaw does not affect China it is a major problem. I noticed that one of my top referrers to my website was a store entirely in Chinese. I also only ship to US and Canada. With this app I was able to block website visitors from countries besides US and Canada. It appears to be working very well and that referrer has not shown up again in analytics.

Life Saver!! It blocks people that are purchasing on fraudulent credit cards. Fees from the cards when they reverse can be very high if item purchased was high. These can really add up your losses. Thanks Blocky for your app. We have blocked countries that are high in fraud. Working perfectly. Customer support was fast and efficient as well!
