very easy to set up. but if the site doesn't stop requesting a review (which I had already completed), I am changing my rating.

Super helpful customer support. Our store had been targeted with fraudulent orders and had to get this app set up quickly. Late in the evening I was able to chat with Lynn, who walked me through which features would be the best to address our specific needs. She was helpful in providing timely responses. By 9pm that night, the app was up and running and have not received any fraud orders in the past couple of days.

The app is easy to install and set up is fairly smooth. The customer support is extremely quick, efficient and friendly, no waiting around for someone to answer and they are very knowledgable.

Great program to prevent fraud.

Have had a lot of traffic from a particular country which I don't ship to. It's suss. Quick to set up.

Wow!! I absolutely love this app!! it's been so helpful! I have been dealing with an obsessive customer who keeps purchasing from my on line shop using different name but same address claiming they never recieved their package. I was finally able to use the IP Address Blocker so this same fraudulent customer can no longer purchase from me. I highly recommend this app if you're an e-commerce store owner and are tired of bums stealing from you.
