Outstanding support, worth every star
I cannot recommend Bloom Analytics enough. Their product is incredibly clear, well-structured, and thought out, it’s the first truly useful D2C P&L tool I’ve encountered in years. The data is highly accurate, and the marketing tracking capabilities are amazing. Beyond the excellent product itself, their team goes completely above and beyond. The CS, tech and PM teams have spent hours with me to help solve my issues and actively improve the platform based on my needs. If you want a powerful analytics tool backed by a team that actually cares, this is it!

Excellent App with Outstanding Support! We sell across 13 different platforms, each with its own commission rates and shipping costs, so finding the right solution was important for us. The support team was incredibly helpful from the start. They arranged a meeting right away, took the time to understand our requirements, and got straight to work on a solution tailored to our needs. About two weeks into using the app. This could be a total breakthrough in the precision of profitably scaling. The automated email analyses are a nice touch for keeping an eye on things, and almost limitless drilldowns to support strategic decisions. Highly customizable and outstanding support.
