Really liking this app so far. There were some formula changes I wanted to make to align with our internal KPI metrics, the support team accommodated those changes without any issues and quickly. Our sales team will be using this app to track daily contribution margins to ensure we're remaining profitable after ad spend. Worth giving it a try.

Excellent on every level. We switched to Bloom to replace TrueProfit and Triple Whale because they weren’t customizable enough for our COGS calculations. The Bloom team even implemented custom functionality specifically for our use case, which was a huge help. Their pricing is also much more competitive. Overall, it’s an excellent SaaS. The only thing missing is the mobile app—once that’s available, it’ll be perfect.
Such a great tool as it covers key needs to keep track of our online business. So far it has been easy to use, while offering in depth numbers and statistics. It offers great guides and tips and the UI is very accessible. The support team are also one of the most helpful and accommodating team I have had the please to encounter. Looking forward to diving even deeper and Bloom can only be recommend.
Great app, so far. Seems will help me get a better view over profitability and where I am loosing the money. Easy to set up, multi-store functionality. Love it so far.

We switched to Bloom after facing recent issues with cost and profit tracking with our previous Shopify app. The numbers were consistently inconsistent, which is what pushed us to start looking for something better. Bloom has been a great addition to our Good-Lite workflow. It has helped us consolidate our reporting in one place, making it much easier to track performance, review key data, and keep everything organized. The app is practical, easy to use, and has made our reporting process much cleaner and more efficient.
I am only in the process of setting up Bloom on our website, so I will update in due course, but meanwhile the support is unbelievably good. They respond immediately on webchat. I asked for Paypal fees to show and they sort it in a couple of days. I asked for Mailchimp to be linked, it was done overnight. Fabulous service.
very helpful. they are open to everything. Shopify does not give you a good overview of your net profit. With this app everything is much clearer and more organized. The price for subscription is also better than the competitors

Absolutely killer app. Needed a replacement for BeProfit and this does everything that does, just better! Not to mention the much more fair pricing.
So far I am loving the Bloom app! We migrated from Lifetimely, and it is comparable, but a way better value. The Bloom team is very responsive, and they are eager to build out more integrations and features. I am recommending this app to everyone with a Shopify store—its a no brainer.

Great app with a clean dashboard and very useful analytics. The pricing is fair, and the support team is very responsive and helpful. They always try their best to solve issues and improve the app experience.
