Fantastic customer service, great interface, 5 stars all around! I love that it integrates with my Shopify theme, both in terms of function and design, and keeps customers on our site. The support team is very responsive and helpful. It has everything we need, and more options to help us grow our program. Highly recommend!

Switching to Bloom has saved our team an incredible amount of time wasted on busy work. We were previously using a different subscription service app and not only did the features not make sense for our wine club, but they had *terrible* automated customer service and every issue stretched out for weeks.
